Symptoms

While establish connection to Juniper GRE tunnel is up but no OSPF announce are transmitted with multicast. 

Resolution

Configure ttl for GRE tunnel, set to 64:

1. Put a static Arp entry onto your router/firewall.
2. Use a Cisco device which works properly with Multicast.
