Accessing NFS backup content in Virtuozzo Hybrid Infrastructure

Scenario

You've configured backup for NFS service in VHI, and you would like to access the content of the backup files.

Example:

[root@myhost02 ~]# vinfra service compute backup show

Workaround

You can do that by accessing the file using the cinder docker container.

 

[root@myhost02 ~]# docker exec -itu cinder cinder_backup /bin/bash
(cinder-backup)[cinder@devvz02 /]$
 (cinder-backup)[cinder@myhost02/]$ cd /mnt/compute/storages/bbd1b7e57754c2f3d3e9b2881c19bd1b/0c/e7
(cinder-backup)[cinder@myhost02 /mnt/compute/storages/bbd1b7e57754c2f3d3e9b2881c19bd1b/0c/e7]$
 (cinder-backup)[cinder@myhost02 /mnt/compute/storages/bbd1b7e57754c2f3d3e9b2881c19bd1b/0c/e7]$ ls -lah 0ce7970d-e0db-47ed-8511-6bb929835fae/
