To check your current support plan, follow these steps:
Go to the Virtuozzo Support Portal.

In the upper right corner, click Requests.
Open any active ticket (a ticket that is not yet solved) to view its details.
If you do not have any active tickets, you can submit a new ticket with the request type "Informational inquiry" (ticket count will not be increased). Once the ticket is created, your support plan will appear in the ticket’s right-hand panel.
In the ticket view, check the right panel to see your current support plan (see the screenshot below).
📝 Note:
If your support plan was recently changed, it will be updated in all active tickets automatically within 1–2 hours or when the ticket is next updated.
