Whenever it is required to submit credentials to Virtuozzo support engineers in order to allow remote access for troubleshooting purposes you can use secure web-form:
By clicking on this link you will be presented with the page containing explanation on how access to the installation will be performed.
Once accepted, you will be able to submit access details.
Please note, that if remote access to the server is limited (e.g. by firewall rules or other means), please make sure that remote connections are allowed from Virtuozzo Support IP addresses, as described in How to add Virtuozzo IP addresses to filters article.

Fill in the ticket ID and email, used upon submitting a ticket. In order to avoid appending credentials to a wrong request, the supplied email address should to be among the list of recipients of the initial (first) correspondence in the ticket. Please recheck conversation history if the entered ticket ID and the email address failed to pass the check.
Check the operations that are allowed, should be confirmed with you by engineer or completely disallowed.
Enter Hostname/Ip, select predefined protocol and specific port to use with that protocol.
Fill in login and password to use in order to access hostname from previous step using specified protocol+port combination.
If you wish to live a comment regarding some specifics of making a connection to the host, you may leave it in a Comment field.
After that click 'Add to list' button.
Provided data will appear in a table below that button.
You may repeat the steps if you wish to add new connection details.
Once you done, click 'All done, submit!' button at the bottom of the page. Credentials will be added to the ticket.
